Festival Accessibility

Tickets: Anyone who requires extra help at the festival is invited to fill out this form below to receive free admission for a support person to attend the festival with them.  To apply, the patron must have already purchased a ticket to the Roots and Blues Festival and be able to provide the Order # as well as first and last name.

Parking: Our accessible parking spaces are located near the West Gate entrance on 5^th Street. Spaces are limited and are available on a first-come first-served basis. In addition to accessible parking, we also provide a designated drop-off zone at the Main Gate entrance on 5th Avenue and the West Gate entrance on 5th St.  Our team will be on hand to assist with directions and information.

Accessible Seating: Accessible picnic tables are located throughout the festival site.

• Main Stage: Grass Field, with designated accessible viewing platform. Platform located on the right hand side of audience area. 
• CBC Blues Stage: Grass Field, with designated accessible viewing platform. 
• Barn Stage: Dirt and Grass, no designated seating during day-time hours, picnic tables available. In the evening hours designated accessible seating area, this is bring your own chair. 
• Odlum Brown Shade Stage: Grass Field, with picnic tables. 
• Plulk’w Place: Sand access, no designated seating.

Accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Simply approach our friendly festival volunteers or staff,  who will be happy to guide you to the designated areas.

Chill Zones: Our festival offers designated spaces to recharge and relax. These zones are available for anyone needing a break from the bustling crowds.

Service Animals: Certified service animals are permitted. For the safety and comfort of all festival-goers, we kindly request that service animals remain on a leash at all times.

Transportation on the Festival Grounds: Our festival offers a convenient shuttle service to transport you effortlessly between stages, attractions, and various points of interest. If you need assistance or have questions about the shuttle service please inquire with one of our friendly volunteers or staff.

Camping: We have 50 accessible campsites available to book online or by phone.
