Festival Accessibility

32nd Annual ROOTSandBLUES Festival July 26 - 28, 2024

Welcome to the ROOTSandBLUES Festival, where the rhythm of music meets the heartbeat of inclusivity! We are committed to ensuring that everyone can join in the celebration of music, culture, and community. 


Anyone who requires extra help at the festival is invited to fill out this form below to receive free admission for a support person to attend the festival with them.  To apply, the patron must have already purchased a ticket to the Roots and Blues Festival and be able to provide the Order # as well as first and last name.


Our accessible parking spaces are located near the West Gate entrance on 5th Street. Spaces are limited and are available on a first-come first-served basis. In addition to accessible parking, we also provide a designated drop-off zone at the Main Gate entrance on 5th Avenue and the West Gate entrance on 5th St.  Our team will be on hand to assist with directions and information.

Accessible Seating:

Accessible picnic tables are located throughout the festival site.

Each stage is equipped with designated accessible seating areas, offering a clear view of the performers and a prime location to soak in the musical atmosphere. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy the magic of live music.

Accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Simply approach our friendly festival staff, who will be happy to guide you to the designated areas.

Chill Zone:

Our festival offers designated spaces to recharge and relax. The Chill Zone is available for individuals needing a break from the bustling crowds, creating a sanctuary for a peaceful retreat.

Service Animals:

Certified service animals are permitted. For the safety and comfort of all festival-goers, we kindly request that service animals remain on a leash at all times.

Transportation on the Festival Grounds:

Our festival offers a convenient shuttle service to transport you effortlessly between stages, attractions, and various points of interest. If you need assistance or have questions about the shuttle service please inquire with one of our friendly volunteers or staff.


We have 60 accessible campsites available to book online or by phone.
