Although based in Montreal these days, The Om Sound has woodshedded and performed in the Okanagan and Shuswap region for years. The trio merges genres of hip hop, electro, and jazz-funk to create a mesmerizing and groove-heavy sound. Their world travels serve as inspiration for their social, environmental, and spiritual conscious message wrapped up with in-the-pocket beats and blow-your-mind bass lines. The group will play The Barn Friday night and host the Om Om On The Range workshop jam with members of Toubab Krewe and Zal Sissokho Saturday afternoon.
