Yes, we will assign each booth one parking pass, this is not for overnight camping. If you need camping please purchase in advance as we sell out very fast. Purchase tickets here http://www.rootsandblues.ca

Set up is on Friday between 8:30 am and 12 noon.

All vehicles must be off the festival grounds by noon on Friday.

In recent years the festival has seen up to 10,000 patrons a day. This number is not guaranteed.

Yes. A festival map will be provided in your vendor package upon check-in. 

Friday, 4 pm until 11 pm

Saturday and Sunday 11 am until 11 pm.

The festival will contact you by your provided email or phone number to let you know if you’ve been accepted.
